Our story:

We are Em and Le, two single mothers and we know firsthand the challenges of balancing work, family, and the dreams of building a better future for our children. We were determined to find a way to earn a living that would not only provide stability for our families but also allow us the flexibility to be there for the moments that matter most.

Le started this type of work in 2020, discovering the power of remote opportunities and providing the best talent to her clients. She quickly realized how this could change lives—especially for people like us who need flexibility but want to contribute meaningfully to the workforce. Em, with the same vision and passion for creating opportunities, joined her in this mission.

Together, we saw the potential to not just create a business, but a community—a place where talented virtual assistants could thrive and help businesses grow without the traditional constraints. That's when the idea of a virtual agency was born.

We realized that by leveraging our skills and connecting with talented professionals around the world, we could build something that would help us—and others—create a life they love. We wanted to offer opportunities for other single parents, caregivers, and talented individuals who may not have access to traditional job structures but have so much to offer.
